Who was the best James Bond?

After personally watching BBC’s interview with Sir Rodger Moore, I was able to see what his view on the new Bond films were as he was the Bond that everybody knows and probably grew up with (well not me… i’m only 19).

James Bond movies first started in in the 1960’s with Sean Connery officially establishing bond in the movies Dr No (1962), From Russia With Love (1963), Goldfinger (1964), Thunderball (1965), You Only Live Twice (1967) and Diamonds are Forever (1971). Connery played the role of James Bond for 9 Years.

However Roger Moore- Appeared in Live and Let Die (1973), The Man With the Golden Gun (1974), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977), Moonraker (1979), For Your Eyes Only (1981), Octopussy (1983) and A View to Kill (1985) and played for an astonishing 13 years.

Sir Roger Moore told the BBC.
“Err, Obviously Sean is the best bond but I think that Daniel Craig will be the best bond”

When you ask anybody they do say that Sean Connery was the best Bond. (Even my mum said she loved Sean Connery). However critics say Daniel Craig’s third film ‘Skyfall’ is to be the best Bond film yet! Will the new revolutionized James Bond become favourite or will the all time classics starring Sean Connery and Roger Moore remain the best Bond films?

George Lazenby, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Bronson, Daniel Craig are the other official actors to play James Bond.
